180 (M271 EVO)

The EVO version of the M271 engine is an extremely efficient turbocharged, direct injection engine, powering mid-range models such as the C, E and SLK. All 3 versions of this new engine are 1.8 liters in displacement, but have individual factory ECU programming for different power outputs (180: 156 HP, 200: 184 HP, 250: 204 HP).

Our K-Box (CGI) delivers a performance gain across the entire rev range. Compact and effective, the K-Box is an easy installation with no special tools required.

If you want the most performance possible from your 180/200/250 CGI vehicle, we recommend adding our turbo down pipe with race catalyst, as well as a the performance air filter. These parts are simple bolt ons with modest tools.

180/200/250CGI (M271 EVO)

180-K1: K-Box. Up to 194 HP and 302 Nm (223 lb-ft) of torque.

180-K2: K1 + stainless steel exhaust downpipe with sport cat and a high flow air filter. Up to 210 HP and 320 Nm (238 lb-ft) of torque.

200-K1: K-Box. Up to 224 HP and 326 Nm (242 lb-ft) of torque.

200-K2: K1 + stainless steel exhaust downpipe with sport catalysts and a high flow air filter. Up to 235 HP and 340 Nm (252 lb-ft) of torque.

250-K1: K-Box. Up to 242 HP and 375 Nm (278 lb-ft) of torque.

250-K2: K1 + a stainless steel exhaust downpipe with sport cat and a high flow air filter. Up to 255 HP and 385 Nm (285 lb-ft) of torque.

NOTE : Stainless steel exhaust downpipe does NOT fit SLK R172
